These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and related services provided by IASPath. Your use of our Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
IASPath provides educational services including but not limited to:
- Mock tests and practice assessments
- RSS feed aggregation from newspapers and current affairs sources
- Updates/blog content for aspirants
- Exam performance reports and basic analytics
- Paid exam/test purchases (one-time, where applicable)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms and Billing
For paid exams/tests on IASPath:
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required in advance before paid exam access is granted
- We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout
- Prices may change at any time before purchase confirmation
- There is no subscription billing or auto-renewal model currently
- Refund/cancellation requests are handled as per the Cancellations and Returns Policy
All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
5. Digital Content and Access
All content provided through our Service is digitally consumed. This includes:
- Mock tests and assessments
- Current affairs/news feed content and summaries
- Blog/updates content
- Test reports and leaderboard views
Important: Paid exam products are digital and can be consumed immediately; once consumed, access and refund eligibility may be restricted under our Cancellations and Returns Policy.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use our Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Service.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Service
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Distributing or reselling our content without permission
- Using automated systems to access our Service
- Uploading malicious code or harmful content
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Harassing or threatening other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
