1. Digital Exam Purchase Policy
Important Notice: IASPath sells digital exam access (free and paid mock tests). There are no physical goods and no subscription plans on this website.
Refund Review Policy
Refund requests are reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of any refund request is at the sole and final discretion of IASPath. Submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since purchases are per exam/test, cancellation is only relevant before access is used. Once an exam is started or materially consumed, cancellation may not be available.
2.1 Immediate Access Termination
If IASPath approves a cancellation/refund for a paid exam purchase, access to that paid exam product may be revoked immediately:
- Access to the refunded paid test may be removed
- Result reports, leaderboard position, and related analytics for that attempt may be withdrawn
- Any misuse-linked account restrictions may continue even if payment reversal is processed
2.2 Refund Request Handling
If a student believes there was a billing or platform issue while purchasing/attempting a paid exam, they may raise a request through support. IASPath may ask for payment details, timestamps, screenshots, and device/network information before review.
After review, IASPath may approve a full refund, partial refund, wallet credit, exam reattempt credit, or reject the request, purely at its discretion.
3. Scenarios Where Refund Is Generally Not Provided
Refunds are generally not provided in the following scenarios:
- The aspirant starts an exam/mock test and then terminates, abandons, or exits it voluntarily
- Performance issues caused by user-side problems (poor network, low battery, incompatible/modified device, blocked browser permissions)
- Temporary outage, scheduled maintenance, or brief service degradation where service is restored
- Exam timer expiration due to late start, tab switching, or inactivity from the user side
- Duplicate purchase made by the same user by mistake where at least one purchase has already been consumed
- Failure to read product details, eligibility, syllabus scope, or platform requirements before purchase
- Change of mind after purchase, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction not linked to a verified platform failure
- Score/result dissatisfaction, perceived exam difficulty, or mismatch with personal expectations
- Violation of Terms of Service, suspicious activity, misuse, or policy breach leading to restriction/termination
4. Scenarios That May Be Considered for Resolution
At IASPath's discretion, the following situations may be considered for refund/credit/reattempt support after verification:
- Payment captured but exam access not granted due to a verified platform-side issue
- Confirmed duplicate charge where neither purchase was consumed
- Verified exam launch failure caused solely by IASPath systems during the purchased attempt window
- Unexpected platform error that prevented submission despite successful completion, where logs confirm service fault
5. Content Accuracy Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee that all content is completely accurate, current, or comprehensive. Our educational content, including:
- Study materials and notes
- Current affairs summaries
- Mock test questions and answers
- AI-generated content and analysis
- RSS feed aggregations
May contain errors, inaccuracies, or become outdated over time. Users are responsible for:
- Verifying information with official sources
- Cross-referencing content for accuracy
- Staying updated with current developments
- Using our content as supplementary material only
6. Service Interruptions
In case of service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control:
- We will work to restore services as quickly as possible
- No refunds or credits will be provided for temporary outages
- We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance when possible
- Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases:
- Access to all content will be immediately revoked
- No refunds will be provided
- Account data may be permanently deleted
- Re-registration may be prohibited
8. Free Tests and Promotional Offers
For free tests and promotional offers:
- Free test access does not create any subscription or future billing commitment
- Promotional pricing may be limited to specific tests, users, or time windows
- Special offers are non-transferable and non-refundable
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offers at any time
